摘要
MM200摩擦磨损试验机被广泛应用于矿用润滑油及耐磨材料性能评定,为了研究矿用润滑油在不同工况条件(改变载荷和转速)下的磨损机理,引进了基于LabVIEW测试软件的微机测量系统,可对摩擦副之间摩擦系数的变化进行采集与处理,实现了在MM200摩擦磨损试验机上对摩擦系数的在线测量。
The MM200 friction tester is extensively used for assess mineral used lubricant and grind bearing material. In order to research the mechanism of mineral using lubricant under the different working conditions （change the load and rotate speed etc. ）, introduced the LabVIEW testing software into measure system, can collect and deal with coefficient of friction between frictional pairs, realize the on - line detection of coefficient of friction on the MM200 friction tester.
