摘要
直缝焊管成型过程理论上属于弹塑性大变形和状态非线性多重非线性耦合的问题,研究焊管成型过程对于合理设计焊管轧辊和成型工艺具有重要意义.本文综合使用有限元分析软件ANSYS和非线性动力有限元求解器LS-DYNA对直缝焊管辊式成型包括水平辊和立辊在内的整个成型过程进行了数值模拟,得到了管坯在不同阶段的应变场和应力场,研究工作为研究排辊成型和柔性成型工艺奠定了基础.
The process of the forming of welded pipe are of elastic - plastic large deformation and non linear contact. It is important to study the process of the welded pipe to the deign of rollers and forming technology of welded pipe. The paper conducts the numerical modeling to the whole forming of process of welded pipe by both ANSYS and LS-DYNA solver, both stresses and strains have been got. The work of paper lay the foundation for the study of the technology both cage roll forming and flexible forming.
