摘要
[目的]了解心力衰竭病人生活质量及其影响因素。[方法]采用明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷对上海和苏州两地共234例门诊和住院心力衰竭病人生活质量进行测量,并分析其影响因素。[结果]心力衰竭病人总体生活质量得分为(47.85±19.50)分;与美国心力衰竭病人相比,身体领域得分相近,情绪领域和总体生活质量得分低(P<0.05);心力衰竭病人中女性、心功能越差,症状和近1年因心力衰竭住院次数及并发症越多,月收入越低,生活质量越差。[结论]心力衰竭病人情绪领域和总体生活质量稍优于美国病人;其生活质量受性别、心功能等级、症状、近1年因心力衰竭住院次数、月收入和合并症等因素的影响。
Objective：To know about the quality of life in patients with heart failure and its influencing factors.Methods：Life quality of a total of 234 out-patients and in-patients in hospitals from Shanghai and Suzhou were evaluated by adopting Minnesota living quality for heart failure questionnaire.And then its influencing factors were analyzed.Results：The total score of life quality of heart failure patients was 47.85±19.50.Compared with American heart failure cases,the score of physical field was close to that of American sample,the score of emotional field and the total score of this group cases were lower than that of American sample（P0.05）.Female patients,the worse of heart function,the more symptoms and admission times due to heart failure in the latest year,the more complications,and the lower of monthly income,the worse of life quality of patients were.Conclusion：Emotional field and the total life quality of heart failure patients in this group were a little better than that of American heart failure patients.And life quality of heart failure patients was influenced by factors including gender,heart function grade,symptoms,admission times due to heart failure in the latest year,monthly income and complications.
