摘要 目的:探讨儿童脑胶质瘤的CT表现与病理、Ki-67表达水平的关系。材料和方法:搜集经术前CT诊断及手术病理证实的儿童脑胶质瘤51例,分析CT征象,并行Ki-67免疫组织化学染色,测定Ki-67标记指数并研究CT征象与Ki-67标记指数的关系。结果:儿童胶质瘤的部位、大小与Ki-67表达水平无关,胶质瘤的病理级别、密度均匀度、瘤周水肿程度及增强程度均与Ki-67表达水平呈正相关。结论:儿童脑胶质瘤CT征象与病理、Ki-67的表达水平密切相关,CT征象能够间接反映儿童脑胶质瘤的增殖能力。 Purpose:To study the correlation of CT features and pathology,Ki-67 expression in brain gliomas of children.Materials and Methods:Fifty-one cases with brain gliomas of children proved by surgery and pathology were examined with CT before operation.The CT features were analysised,and the expression of Ki-67 was examined by immuohistochemical method,then the correlation of CT features and Ki-67 labeling index was studied.Results:The location and the size of gliomas had no correlation with the Ki-67 expression.The grade of the gliomas and some CT signs,which included the hemogeneity of the density,the extent of perineoplastic edema and degree of contrast enhancement had positive correlation with the Ki-67 expression respectively.Conclusion:CT features of brain glioma of children are correlative with their pathology,Ki-67 expression levels,CT features could indirectly reflect their proliferous ability.
