摘要
【目的】探讨足底内侧动脉带蒂皮瓣修复足跟部黑色素瘤术后软组织缺损的疗效。【方法】依据足底内侧动脉的起源、走行、分支、分布的解剖学基础进行手术设计。应用足底内侧动脉带蒂皮瓣修复6例足跟部黑色素瘤术后软组织缺损。【结果】术后供受区创面均一期愈合。随访6个月至2年5个月。无跟区皮肤破溃发生。【结论】根据足底内侧动脉的走行`分布特点设计,足底内侧动脉带蒂皮瓣是修复足跟部软组织缺损的一种较好的治疗方法。
[Objective] To study the efficacy of medial plantar artery flap for repairing soft tissue defect of the heel after excision of melanoma. [Methods] Operations were devised after anatomy of medial plantar artery had been studied. Six cases of melanoma from 1998 to 2006 were wholly excised. And then soft tissue defect was repaired by medial plantar artery flap after excision. [Results] Medial plantar artery came from posterior tibial artery accompanied with related vein. Six patients were followed up in 6 to 29 months after operation , Excellent repair of operation area was gained. No complication of ulcer on heel occurred. [Conclusion] The medial plantar artery flap is a good donor in the reconstruction of soft tissue defect of the heel.
