摘要
目的总结足内侧皮瓣、足底内侧皮瓣修复前足、足跟及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法2002年6月至2008年8月采用足内侧皮瓣、足底内侧皮瓣修复前足、足跟及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损创面,临床应用28例,皮瓣面积为12cm×7cm～5cm×3cm。结果术后皮瓣全部成活,随访6～24个月,皮瓣质地良好,外形不臃肿,供区愈合良好。结论足内侧皮瓣、足底内侧皮瓣血运可靠,手术切取简便安全,是修复前足、足跟及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损创面理想方法。
Objective To summarize the treatment outcomes for soft tissue at the heel , front foot and malleolus using medial plantar flaps and medial flaps. Methods From June 2002 to August 2008 , 28 soft tissue defect was repaired by transplantation of The medial plantar/laps and the medial flaps, the size of flap was about 12 cm × 7 cm- 5 cm × 3 cm. Results All of the flaps survived, follow up form 6 - 24 months , the texture , appearance and function of the flap were good. Conclusions The medial plantar flaps and the medial flaps has the advantages as follows： the reliable blood supply and simply procedure. It is suitable for clinical doctors to repair the soft tissue defect in the heel ,front foot and malleolus.
