CVD方案治疗晚期恶性黑色素瘤28例 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨晚期恶性黑色素瘤用CVD方案治疗的疗效与毒副作用。方法:28例晚期恶性黑色素瘤患者接受CVD方案联合化疗,总治疗周期数为124个。结果:28例中完全缓解2例,部分缓解8例,有效率36%,主要毒副反应为血液学毒性和胃肠道反应,没有因毒副反应而停药的病例。结论:CVD方案对晚期恶性黑色素瘤有一定疗效,毒副反应能耐受,可作为晚期恶性黑色素的有效治疗方案。
