摘要
针对超高分子量聚乙烯等高黏态物料难以挤出加工的特点,介绍了一种新型的加工方法———气辅挤出,着重阐述了气辅挤出模具的设计方案,并对挤出模具结构进行了分析说明。
In view of difficult extrusion of some high sticky stage production compounds such as super molecular weight polythene, a new processing method, air-assist extrusion, was developed. The design proposal of the die was expatiated and the structure was analyzed.
