摘要
随着人们对健康需求的增长,护理人员角色功能的转变,评判性思维能力已成为护理人员必备的能力,护理教育者已经重视培养学生的评判性思维能力,而有关护理人员培训的研究较少,因此,综述了近年有关护理人员评判性思维的文献,为今后在此方面的研究提供借鉴。
With the increase of health demand of people and role functional change of nursing staff, critical thinking ability has become an essential ability of nursing staffs at present. Nursing educators have paid more attention on cultivating the critical thinking ability of students. However, a few researches have been searched about training on nursing staff on their critical thinking ability. Therefore, this article has summarized literatures on critical thinking of nursing staff in recent years, and provided some bases for future study on this aspect.
