摘要
护士的护理能力直接影响病人的身心健康,影响护理工作的内在质量。当前影响护理质量的主要因素:一是军队编制调整改革,对军队 医院护理队伍的冲击,导致护理队伍的不稳定,护理技术难以有效保证;二是随着护理领域中独生子女比例增高,其自身一些弱势使护理质量 不能得到有效的保证;三是护理队伍配置的不足,床护、医护比例不合理,使护理人力资源明显不足,护理技术力量不能得到有效保证;四是护 理职业教育起点低,相当一部分护士缺少必要的文化知识,影响了护理内在质量的提高。因此重点加强年轻护士的在岗培训,提高护士的临床 护理观察能力;强化护士的慎独意识培养;培养年轻护士的情商与沟通能力和护士的评判性思维能力;加强年轻护士的临床护理实践总结能力 培养等,以适应新形势下护理专业的发展需求,保证有效的护理质量,是当前护理工作的一个重要内容。
The nursing ability of nurses has direct impact on the physical and mental health of patients and the quality of nursing. The major factors affecting nursing quality are as follows:First, the military staffing adjustment and reform which involved in military hospitals may affect the stability of military nurses, and affect the effective mastery of nursing skill. Second, more and more nurses from only one child family, some of them lack responsibility consciousness, and this phenomena may have negative effect on the nursing quality. Third,the unreasonable proportion of patient-nurse and nurse-doctor result in the shortage of nursing staff, which affect the effective nursing. Fourth, the nurse vocational education begins from a low level, some nurses lack essential knowledge,which affect the improvement of the inner quality of nursing.Therefore it is one of the important content in the contemporary nursing work to strengthen the on-job training of junior nurses, improve nurses’ ability of clinical observation, enforce the nurses’ honest and devoted consciousness, improve their emotional quotient, communication skill and critical ability, foster their talent of summing-up from clinical nursing practice, so as to meet the needs of nursing profession development in new situation and guarantee the quality of nursing.
