摘要
城市管理综合执法是近几年兴起的一种新的执法方式。由于其尚处于成长阶段,因此在实践中出现了不少问题,这就需要首先从理论上廓清城市管理综合执法的相关问题,从而为城市管理综合执法的完善与成熟奠定一个良好的基础。
Execute the law synthetically in city management is a kind of new law enforcement way rising in recent years. It is very important to take theoretical analysis on the comprehensive enforcement of law in city management seriously. The comprehensive enforcement of law in city management is a special problem of Chinese social transformation. In this article necessity and feasibility of the comprehensive enforcement of law in city management will be talked about all-sided.
