摘要
目的 :探讨不同剂量的氯氮平对脑电地形图的影响。方法 :将 16 5例服用氯氮平的精神分裂症患者按剂量分为三组 ,比较脑电地形图的改变。结果 :氯氮平剂量越大 ,对脑电地形图的影响越大 ,高剂量组中度异常率达 6 3 4 %。结论 :氯氮平的剂量与脑电地形图的改变有关。
Objective:To explore the BEAM changes in different dosages of Clozapine for treatment schizophrenia.Methods:165 patients were divided into three groups by different dosages of Clozapine,The three groups were compared the changes of BEAM.Results:The more high dosages of Clozapine,the more large changes of BEAM.The middle abnormal rate of BEAM get to 64.3% in the group of high dosages of Clozapine.Conclusions:The dosages of Clozapine were related with the changes of BEAM.
