摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定积雪草总苷中羟基积雪草苷和积雪草苷的含量。方法:采用岛津Shimpack VP-ODS C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(29:71)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^(-1),于205nm测定,柱温:室温。结果:羟基积雪草苷和积雪草苷的线性范围分别为0.12～0.61mg·ml^(-1)和0.12～0.61mg·ml^(-1),平均回收率分别为101.3%和98.4%,RSD分别为0.8%和0.6%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、快速,结果准确,重现性好,适用于积雪草总苷的质量控制。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of madecassoside and asiaticoside of totad glucoside in Centella Asiatica（L） Urban by HPLC. Method： The Shimpack VP-ODS C18 column （250 mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used , the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （29：71 ） with flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min^-1 , the detection wavelength was at 205 nm. Result： The linear ranges of madecassoside and asiaticoside were at 0.12 - 0.61 mg·ml^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9） and 0.12 - 0.61 mg·ml^-1（ r = 0. 999 6） respectively. The average recoveries（ n =6） were 101.3% and 98.4% with RSD 0.8% and 0.6%, respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, it can be used for quality control of total gluco side in Centella asiatica（L） urban.
