摘要
目的优选碱法提取鱼腥草多糖的制备工艺。方法以多糖得率、多糖含量为指标成分,采用正交试验对碱法提取鱼腥草多糖的工艺进行优选。结果及结论实验结果表明,最佳工艺为:用40倍的0.2mol.L-1的氢氧化钠的溶液,65℃浸提3h。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation technology of the extraction of Polysaccharides from Houttuynia cordata by alkali-extraction. METHODS The optimum conditions of alkali-extraction process of polysaccharide from Houttuynia cordata was selected with the yield and polysaccharides content as index by orthogonal experimental design. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The results showed that the optimum preparative procedure was as follow：the Houttuynia cordata was extracted by 40 time 0. 5mol·L^-1 NaOH and at the temperature of 65℃ for 3 hours.
