重视骨肿瘤活检手术 被引量：12

摘要 活检手术是骨肿瘤整个诊疗过程中的一个重要环节。不恰当的活检手术往往给患者带来难以弥补的危害。在未确定整个治疗计划之前,不应轻易进行活检手术。活检手术前全面的影像学和实验室检查有利于帮助医师判断骨肿瘤患者是否需要活检.采用何种方法活检以及在什么部位进行活检。骨肿瘤的活检手术在切口、进路、取材和引流等操作方面都有其特殊要求,应特别重视操作规范,以减少并发症的发生。
