摘要
目的:探讨局灶性胫骨骨纤维异样增殖症病灶清除植骨加锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定治疗骨纤维异样增殖症的治疗体会。方法:回顾性分析14例局灶性胫骨骨纤维异样增生症患者的临床资料,男6例,女8例,年龄13～36岁,平均25.4岁,其中发生病理性骨折1例;大多数患者主诉小腿不适、隐痛,局部肿胀,除1例病理性骨折外,患肢无明显活动受限,出现症状时间2 d～3年不等,经X线片、CT或MRI检查后发现并收住院,采用病灶清除植骨加LCP内固定手术,术后经病理证实为骨纤维异样增殖症。结果:本组患者均获得随访,随访时间12～60个月,平均26.5个月;其中13例患者术后复查X线片植骨边缘区模糊,髓腔内骨密度增高,有新骨形成,有1例术后复发,经再次手术后未见复发。结论:局灶性胫骨骨纤维异样增殖症病灶清除植骨加LCP内固定是较为理想的治疗方法。
Objective To explore the focal tibial fibrous hyperplasia of bone debridement bone graft and the locking compression plate（LCP） internal fixation in the treatment of fibrous dysplasia of bone treatment.Method A retrospective analysis of our hospital since 2005 to 2011 was treated.There were14 cases of focal bone fibrous hyperplasia,male was 6 cases,female was 8 cases,age was13-36 years old,average age was 25.4 years old,including pathologic fracture in 1 case.The majority of patients with leg discomfort,pain,localized swelling,Except for 1 case of pathological fractures,limb was without significant activity limitation,symptoms time was 2 days-3 years,by X-ray,checking CT or MRI and hospitalized patients,The debridement bone graft and internal fixation of ＋LCP operation,postoperative pathology confirmed fibrous hyperplasia of bone.Results All the patients were followed up for 12-60 months,average of follow-up time was 26.5 months.In 13 cases of postoperative found radiographic bone marginal zone fuzzy,intramedullary bone mineral density increased,and there was new bone formation.There was 1 case of postoperative recurrence after operation without recurrence,once again.Conclusion Focal tibial fibrous hyperplasia of bone debridement bone graft and LCP internal fixation is an ideal treatment method.
