摘要
从热处理角度着手,讨论解决目前国产纺织金属针布普遍存在的色差大、使用寿命短等问题的途径。通过对国外知名品牌针布与国产针布的显微组织、表面形貌和硬度梯度等的对比分析发现,国产金属针布热处理工艺不合理和热处理质量低是造成针布使用寿命短的主要原因。针布生产厂应对针布生产过程中的每一道热处理工序的目的和应达到的目标都要有一个正确的理解。改进热处理生产工艺,优化热处理工艺参数,实现热处理工艺参数在线自动检测与控制,是提高国产针布齿条质量的有效途径。
The ubiquitous problems of domestic metallic card clothing, such as short service life, low wear-resistance, color uniformity and so on, were discussed and some countermeasures were proposed from heat treatment point of view. Compared with the microstructure, surface morphology and hardness distribution of domestic and foreign metallic card clothings, the unreasonable heat treatment processes and the low heat treatment quality are the principal problems for the short service life of domestic card clothing. Card clothing manufacturing plant should have a correct understanding of the purpose and the objective for every heat treatment process. Improving heat treatment processes, optimizing heat treatment process parameters, measuring and controlling these heat treatment process parameters automatically in the card clothing product line are the effective way to improve the quality of domestic card clothing.
