摘要
在建设和谐社会的大背景下,人民调解制度的作用再一次被重视。为了使制度的功能最大化,一些经济发达的地区率先开始了对传统的人民调解制度的改革实践。但是,人民调解制度本身固有的问题以及在改革中又产生的新问题,需要得到解决。
In the context of building a harmonious society, much importance has been attached to the efficiency of people＇s mediation system. With the aim of achieving a maximal function of this system, a number of developed regions in China have started to reform the traditional people＇s mediation system. However, the intrinsic problems of the system itself and the new ones born with the reform all require immediate solutions.
