摘要
以烟草试管苗叶,美味猕猴桃、毛花猕猴桃子叶愈伤组织以及玉米叶片为材料,进行了内源激素水平的测定和原生质体培养的研究.结果表明:高水平内源玉米素核苷(ZR)含量和高ZR与吲唑乙酸(IAA)质量比有利于原生质体再生细胞的分裂;高水平内源脱落酸(ABA)对再生细胞分裂有抑制作用.内源IAA,ZR和ABA含量对原生质体培养的影响在不同种之间存在差异.
Tobacco in vitro leaves, kiwifruit cotyledon callus and maize leaves were used as experimental materials to determine their endogenous hormone levels and to isolate and culture their protoplasts. Results show that high level of endogenous ZR or high ratio of ZR and IAA promote cell division effciency of protoplast-derived cells. However, high ABA endogenous level in dornor materials reduces cell division rate. Effects of endogenous IAA, ZR and ABA on the plant protoplast cultures in the species are different.
