摘要
本文从起始材料、原生质体分离、原生质体培养、原生质体植株再生等四个方面对我国果树原生质体培养研究进行了简要总结,对今后我国果树原生质体研究的发展提出了建议。
This article gives a brief summary of initiative materials, abruption, culture of bioplast and regeneration of protoplast breed in our country and also gives proposale for protoplast research of fruit Tree in China.
