摘要
目的:研究长梗瑞香地上部分化学成分。方法:应用硅胶柱色谱,Sephadex LH-20柱色谱的方法分离和纯化化合物,通过光谱方法及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从长梗瑞香中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为瑞香素(1)、双白瑞香素(2)、瑞香新素(3)、异瑞香新素(4)、左旋松脂酚(5)、瑞香醇酮(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
AIM： To study the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Daphne peduneulata. METHODS： Column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 were used for the isolation and purification of compounds, and physical properties and spectroscopic techniques were used for structural identification. RESULTS ： Eight compounds were isolated from the titled plant, and elucidated as daphnetin （1）, daphnoretin （2）, daphneticin （3）, isodaphneticin （4）, （-）-pinoresinol （5）, daphneolone （6）, β-sitosterol （7）, and daucosterol （8）. CONCLUSION： All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
