摘要
以小鼠半数致死量及孕猴羊膜腔给药中期妊娠引产为指标,测定唐古特瑞香和黄瑞香植物中二萜原酸酯的生物活性,发现C_5-OH和C_(20)-OH为抗生育活性基团,这两个羟基与无水丙酮生成的丙酮缩合物,其毒性和抗生育活性均明显下降;如保留C_5-OH,而C_(20)-OH被饱和长链有机酸酯化则毒性明显降低,而抗生育活性仍然保持。
The antifertility activity of daphnane diterpenoid isolated from Daphne tangutica, D. Genkwa, D. Giraldii and Wikstroemia chamaedaphne was evaluated on the basis of the LD_(50) in mice and abortifacient doses in Rhesus monkeys. The studies on the relationship between the antifertility and chemical structure showed that the hydroxyl groups at C-5 and C-20 are active groups. The antifertility activity and toxicity would be decreased significantly when two hydroxyl groups at C-5 and C-20 were acetonized. If the C-20 was esterified with a long chain fatty acid, the toxicity will de reduced obviously but there was no great change in the antifertility activity.
