摘要
用EBT EAF-LF和喂S线工艺生产非调质易切削50MnVS钢,S的回收率平均从32.3%提高到64.2%。并且完全满足用户对力学性能、晶粒度、非金属夹杂物及低倍的要求。
Using the method of EBTEAF-LF and feeding S wires to manufacture 50MnVS non-quenched and tempered free-machining steel, the recovery could be increased from 32.3% to 64.2% in average. Furthermore, the steel has satisfied the user＇s requirements about mechanical property, grain size, non-metallic inclusion and low-multiple test.
