Elevated Temperature Ductility of Cast Bloom of Non-Quenched and Tempered Free Cutting Steel 38MnVS

摘要 应用Gleeble 1500D热模拟试验机,研究了非调质易切削钢38MnVS(%:0.42C、1.29Mn、0.09V、0.067S)370 mm×490 mm连铸坯的高温延塑性及变形断裂机理。结果表明:38MnVS钢的零强度温度(ZST)为1 370℃和零塑性温度(ZDT)为1335℃;38MnVS钢在熔点(T_S)到600℃的温度区间内存在2个脆性区,第Ⅰ脆性温度区为T_S~1250℃,第Ⅲ脆性温度区为875~600℃,因此,该钢连铸坯的矫直温度应在875℃以上。 Elevated temperature ductility and deformed fracture mechanism of 370 mm × 490 mm cast bloom of nonquenched and tempered free cutting steel 38MnVS (% : 0. 42C, 1.29Mn, 0. 09V, 0. 067S) have been studied by Gleeble 1500D thermal simulator. Results showed that the Zero Strength Temperature (ZST) and Zero Ductility Temperature (ZDT) of steel 38MnVS were respectively 1 370 ℃ and 1 335 ℃ ; there were two brittle zones for steel 38MnVS in temperature range from melting point Ts to 600 ℃ i.e. brittle zone Ⅰ - Ts - 1 250 ℃ and brittle zone Ⅲ 875 - 600 ℃ , therefore the straightening temperature of cast bloom of the steel should be more than 875 ℃.
