摘要
应用Flexsim仿真软件对装配生产线进行研究,以一条实际的DAB装配生产线为例,对其进行建模仿真,并分析仿真输出的结果。针对所存在的问题提出解决方案,再用Flexsim建模,验证方案的可行性,为生产线物流的通畅运行提供一条可行之路。
The assembly line is studied under the Flexsim simulation software. An actual DAB assembly line is taken as an example to modeling and simulation, and the deferent results are analyzed. Aimed at those existent problems, the solving schemes are put forward. The model is set up again by Flexsim, and validates the schemes＂ feasibility. The feasible approach is offered in order to the simulation and research of the product line.
