基于Flexsim仿真工具的某钢管物流企业引入新供应商选择研究 被引量:5

Research on the New Supplier Selection for Steel Pipe Logistic Company Through Flexism Simulation Software

摘要 以某钢管物流企业为例,在现有物流能力下,评价引入新供应商对原有供应商服务率的影响,从而选择合适新入供应商。文章对钢管企业物流流程进行了描述,分析了Flexsim在物流过程中的建模方法,基本步骤和关键技术,体现它在物流系统仿真中的优越性。 This paper evaluates the influence of different new supplier to the original' s efficiency of service, and then selects the appropriate supplier for a given steel pipe logistic company under current logistics capacity. Based on the description of the steel pipe company' s logistic business procedure, we analysis the modeling method, basic steps and critical technique with Flexsim for simulating the logistic procedure, in order to exhibit the good performance of using Flesxim in logistic system simulating.
