摘要
为了提高核电、锅炉、压力容器设备中的筒节、管板、封头耐蚀层的堆焊质量和生产效率,研制了配带极机头的操作机和防窜滚轮架构成的内筒节堆焊机,以及操作机和变位机构成管板、封头带极堆焊机。设备可自动完成筒节、管板、封头的堆焊,具有螺旋、滑雪、人工步进多种变道方式。利用磁控技术,提高了带极堆焊的表面成形质量,改善了焊接过程的稳定性。利用负压回收完成了焊剂的自动送进和回收。使用该设备可使堆焊质量稳定、可靠、效率高,大大减轻焊工的劳动强度。
In order to achieve the cladding welding quality and production efficiency in pipes,board-pipe,end-seal welding of nuclear power vessel ,boiler,high pressure vessel ,the inner pipe cladding welding equipment are designed in which are configured with the manipulator with cladding strip welding head and roller beds with anti-drift by which can accomplished cladding welding in spiral pass, skiing pass, manual stepper pass.With utilizing magnetron control technology ,the cladding welding quality, the stability of cladding welding process are improved.With utilizing vacuum technology,welding flux can be feed and recover automatically.The application shows that utilizing the strip cladding welding equipment achieves the cladding welding quahty with stability and reliability, efficiency,reduces labor intensity greatly.
