摘要
采用表面修饰技术对拉伸后的PET纤维进行修饰。研究了PET纤维在三维受限条件下的结晶行为。通过DSC结晶曲线,发现修饰后的PET纤维没有明显的冷结晶峰出现,可能是由于将修饰壁材配制成溶液进行修饰时,溶剂诱导了部分结晶,从而导致修饰后PET纤维的结晶量变少。修饰后的PET纤维均出现了熔融双峰现象,随着拉伸比的增加,双峰由低温峰增大向高温峰增大转折。
The confined crystallization behavior of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) at different draw ratios was studied by using surface modification technology. The differential scanning calorimetry curves were obtained. It was showed that the solvent induced PET form crystal when the wall materials came into being solution. There had some crystal occurred during the surface modification, thus the quantity of crystal was become few. The cold crystallization peak was nearly disappearing at surface modification PET fibre. All the surface modification PET had the double peaks at melt peak. With the increase of the draw ratios, the double peaks began to transit from low temperature peak accretion to high temperature peak at the surface modification PET fibre.
