摘要
通过介绍护理文化和护理品牌建设之间的关系以及护理文化和护理品牌建设的方法,说明优良的护理文化品牌必将提高医院的信誉,同时也会给医院带来良好的经济效益和社会效益。为适应医疗模式和护理模式发生的根本性变化,在护理管理中开展护理文化建设,塑造护理品牌势在必行。
This paper introduced the relationship between nursing culture with the construction of nursing brand,as well as the methods of construction of nursing cuhure and nursing brand, and proposed that good nursing culture and nursing brand could improve the hospital' s image, as well as bring economic and social benefits for the hospital. In order to adapt to the change of medical and nursing mode ,it is necessary to develop nursing culture and nursing brand.
