摘要
为加强医院护理文化建设,将新型企业管理模式引入医院护理管理中,于2004年成立了以医院护理精英为组合的护理示范组,对内积极参与医院各项教学、临床服务示范工作;对外将护理关怀延伸到家庭,并向社区、福利院提供义务服务,在护理工作中不断提升护士的社会形象,提高了护理服务的满意率,为医院建设和发展提供了持久的动力,带动了医院护理队伍整体素质的提高,营造了健康向上的文化氛围。
In order to strengthen the construction of nursing culture, we brought the modern company management model into nursing management. In 2004,a nursing model team was set up based on the selection of top nurses in hospital,which played the model role in the clinical teaching and nursing practice in hospital. Moreover,it reached the nursing service to families, aud provided voluntary" service for community and welfare institutions. This practice improved nurses' social image,increased patients' satisfaction,provided coustant dynamic for the bospital development,promoted the improvement of the whole quality of nurses and built up a healthy and positive culture atmosphere.
