介绍了工程量清单计价模式,探讨了招投标作用机制的假设条件及投标作用机制下的作用过程,对工程量清单模式下招投标作用机制的实现进行了研究,以促进工程量清单计价模式的发展。
It introduces the mode of project amount pricing list, and discusses the supposed condition of bidding functional system and the affecting process under bidding＇s function. It also studies the realization of bidding functional system under the mode of project arnount pricing list, so as to promote the development of project amount pricing list mode.
