摘要
[目的]为无公害蔬菜的生产和可持续发展提供技术指导。[方法]用球孢白僵菌MZ041016菌株对菜青虫进行室内毒力测定。[结果]结果表明:该菌株对温室菜青虫具有较强致病力。孢子浓度2.4×105个/ml造成大量菜青虫感染致死,其LT50=(6.32±0.24)d,而高浓度2.4×108个/ml对菜青虫感染致死LT50=(4.82±0.12)d。[结论]球孢白僵菌MZ041016菌株对菜青虫进行致病性研究均有良好的效果。为更好地保护和利用天敌,协调好生物防治和化学防治,提高害虫的防治率,在生产上应在害虫发生初期用药或与低毒高效的化学农药混合施用。
[Objective] The purpose was to supply technical guidance for the production and sustainable development of pollution-free vegetable. [Method] Beauveryia bassiana MZ041016 strain was used to detennine its virulence to Artogeia rapae in laboratory. [Result] The strain had stronger pathogenicity on A. rapae in greenhouse. The spore concentration of 2.4 × 105 conidia/ml caused a large amount of A. rqooe to be infected and die, with LT50 of (6.32 ± 0.24) d, and LT50 of the high concentration of 2.4×10^8 conidia/ml was (4.82 ± 0.12) d. [ Conclusion] B. bassiaria MZ041016 strain had good effect in its pathogenicity study on A. rapae. For protecting and utilizing the natural enemies better, it should coordinate biological and chemical controls well and enhance the control effect on pests, and the pesticide should be used in the initial stage of pests occurrence or apply the mixture of B. bassiana MZ041016 and chemical pesticides with low virulence and high efficacy.
