摘要
使用PC104系统及称重传感器对油泵喷油量数据进行采集,降低成本,缩小测量设备体积。利用已存储的油泵测试标准自动对油泵进行判定是否合格,防止人为误差。利用网络及数据库技术实现测试数据共享和数据统计。为油泵测试及校油泵提供了高精度、低价格的解决方案。
Use the PC104 system and weight sensors to collect the amount of spraying oil data of the oil pump, reduce cost, reduce the cubage o{ measure equipments are discussed. Use the oil pump test standard already saved to auto judge the oil pump whether qualified, prevent the artificial error.
