基于嵌入式技术的动态轨道衡模拟信号发生仪的设计与实现

摘要 基于嵌入式系统设计技术,提出动态轨道衡模拟信号发生仪的设计方案,分析系统的原理。在提取通过列车波形特征点的基础上,提出分段线性插值的模拟方法,给出模拟信号发生板和整个系统的框架图。详细阐述系统的软件设计结构和运行流程,用PlatformBuilder工具定制WindowsCE嵌入式操作系统内核,并将其移植到PC104主机板上,用eMbeddedVisualC++编程工具实现主机端控制软件。实验结果表明,该动态轨道衡模拟信号发生仪具有较高的模拟精度,操作界面友好。 A design scheme of analog signals generator of dynamic weighbridge is presented based on embedded system design technology. The principle of this system design is analyzed and a simulating method of piecewise and linear interpolation is presented based on extracting feature points of the collected data. The frameworks of generating analog signals board and whole system are also put forward. The structure of system software design and flow chart are expatiated. The kernel of Windows CE embedded operating system which is transplanted to the PC104 mainboard is customized with Platform Builder and the control software of the host is accomplished with EVC (eMbedded Visual C++). Experimental results show that this system has a fine simulating precision, a friendly operating interface and a good practicality.
