摘要
以水杨酸、乙酸酐为原料,三氯乙酸为催化剂合成乙酰水杨酸,探讨影响乙酰水杨酸的收率因素。实验结果显示:在催化剂用量为0.2 g,原料物质的量比为1∶1.5,反应温度为76~80℃,反应时间为5 min的条件下反应,其收率最高达78.97%。
Salicylic acid and acetic anhydride as the raw material,acetocaustin as catalysts for synthesis of acetylsalicylic acid,to explore the effect of yield factors of acetylsalicylic acid.The experimental results show when the amount of catalyst was 0.2 g,raw material substances than for 1:1.15,reaction temperature was 76~80 ℃,reaction time was 5 min,this reaction under the conditions of yield of acetylsalicylic acid rated up to 78.97 %.
