摘要
在介绍当前高职教育背景的前提下,简单叙述了高职教育中教师的作用及高职教育的发展对高职教师提出的新的要求,着重讨论了何为"双师素质"及其在当前形势下针对"双师素质"教师队伍的可实施的具体措施。
As a prerequisite the background of polytechnic education is introduced in this article, and the teacher＇ s function in polytechnic education and the new demands made on the teachers in polytechnic colleges by the developments of the polytechnic education are simply recited. And it mainly discusses who the ＂double quality＂ teacher is, and the feasible training methods of the ＂double quality＂ teacher＇ s ranks in the present situation is mainly discussed, too.
