摘要
创新型国家需要培养造就一大批双师型教师队伍。双师型教师必须具备双师素质,双师素质包括师德素质、师识素质、复合素质、科研素质、创新素质、合作素质等相关素质。
The innovation-oriented country should cultivate and bring up one group with a large number of double-quality teachers. However, the teachers with double qualifications shall have the qualities of double-qualification teachers, including relevant qualities of professional ethics, professional knowledge, multi-discipllnary quality, scientific research quality, innovative quality, cooperation quality, etc.
