摘要
高新技术产业型中小企业是全球经济发展中最具活力的部分,为推动社会进步和生产力的提高做出了重要贡献,而其本身的成长性问题也日益成为人们关注的焦点。近年来理论界形成共识认为科技型中小企业集群是其发展的方向。文章研究了基于特定环境下企业如何实现成长行为,结合集群理论和企业成长理论,从微观角度分析产业集群对群内科技型中小企业成长促进角度来展开,认为依托集群的企业主要是通过获取集群资源和整合资源实现成长的。
High and new technological small- and medium-sized enterprises are the most active part in global economic development,they have made great contribution to social progress and productivity, and people pay more and more attention to their own growth.It is theoretically agreed that technology-oriented small- and medium-sized enterprises are the trend of future development.An analysis is made of the growth of such enterprises under given circumstances.
