摘要
企业集群作为一种新的网络组织 ,对企业竞争力的提高和区域经济的发展具有重要作用。结合国内外企业集群的成功经验 ,论述企业集群效应 ,一个企业集群形成机制框架 ,这个机制的构成要素及其在建立形成机制中所起的重要作用。为我国制定进一步建立和发展企业集群 。
As a new kind of network organization,the article discusses the effect of enterprise clusters in accordance with the experiences about successful enterprise clusters.It puts forward the mechanism of forming enterprise clusters,and describes the basic elements of the mechanism of forming enterprise clusters.The paper points out the fuctions of these basic elements for buliding the mechanism of forming enterprise clusters.
