摘要
本文从知识员工内涵出发,着重探讨了个人学习的原理,认为个人学习成长是一个由五个阶段组成的、循环反复的系统。知识员工可以有意识地对学习进行规划以实现成长。
This article discusses the theory of individual learning based on the connotation of knowledge worker and points out that individual learning is the system which is constituted by five repeating phases.Knowledge worker can grow up by means of the conscious planning in learning.
