进入21世纪以后,世界政治经济格局不断发生变化,特别是俄总统大选的临近,俄罗斯加速战略转变:与中国发展战略协作伙伴关系;与日本推进建设性伙伴关系;与韩国建立全面合作伙伴关系;与朝鲜恢复有前途的伙伴关系;与蒙古建立友好互助伙伴关系。俄罗斯在东北亚新秩序的建立中的地位日益凸现。分析俄罗斯东北亚战略的特点及成因,有助于认清它东北亚战略在东北亚地区国际新秩序建立中的地位及其影响,为国家制订适宜的对外政策提供思考。
Since entering the 21st century, the political and economic structure of the world has changed continually. As the presidential election is drawing near, Russia accelerates the strategic changes： developing the strategic cooperation partnership with China, promoting the constructive partnership with Japan, establishing the comprehensive cooperation partnership with South Korea, restoring the promising partnership with North Korea, establishing the friendly partnership of mutual help with the Republic of Mongolia. Russia＇s position in the establishment of new Northeast Asia order becomes increasingly conspicuous. The analysis of Russian strategic features in Northeast Asia and its formative causes can help to know its position and influences in the establishment of new Northeast Asia order and provide references for the government to formulate appropriate diplomatic policies.
