摘要
俄罗斯为了加快西伯利亚和远东地区的经济发展,制定了东部发展战略。同时也提出了一些加强与东北亚各国经济合作的具体措施:开发燃料动力资源;充分利用电力资源优势进行合作;完善运输通道;扩大进出口市场等。其目的是在扩大与东北亚各国的经济合作中,发展东部地区的经济,提高东部地区的经济实力。
In order to speed up economic development of Siberia and the Far East,Russia worked out a development strategy of the east part,proposed some concrete measures for strenthening economic cooperation with the countries of Northeast Asia such as exploitation of fuel resources,full use of electric resource,improvement of transport routes and expansion of import and export market.
