摘要
本文比较研究了高海拔锄足蟾类29种成体和蝌蚪的外形,25种的骨骼,8种的核型和带型,9种的眼晶体薄层凝胶等电聚焦电泳图谱等性状,并结合地理分布、生态环境及习性等因素综合而较全面地对中国锄足蟾科Pelobatidae的齿突蟾属Scutiger,猫眼蟾属Aelurophryne和齿蟾属Oreo-lalax三个类群的属间分类问题进行了探讨。研究表明:齿蟾属Oreolalax应为有效属,不宜作为齿突蟾属Scutiger的亚属;猫眼蟾属Aelurophryne与齿突蟾属Scutiger应同归一属,前者应为后者之亚属。
The group of the high altitude pelobatid toads of Asia includes the previously described twenty-nine species belonging to the three genera, Scutiger Theobld (1868), Aelurophryne Boul enger (1918) and Oreolalar Myers and Leviton(1962). Among them, twenty-six species occur in China. The systematic status of the genera is still controversial. In this paper, the external morphological and osteoligical features of the adults and the general features of tadpoles. of twenty-five species were studied; their geographical distributions, ecological environments and habits are also discussed. Furthcremorc, the karyothypes and banding patterns of 8 species, and iso electric focusing patterns of the lens proteins of 9 species (in thin layers of polyacrylamide gel) coincided with the morphological i'ntergeneric relationship.The results show 1) Oreolalax is a valid genus rather than a subgenus of Scutiger, and Aelurophryne may be a subgenus of Scutiger; 2) Scutiger separates into two subgenena as the terrestrial Scutiger (Scutiger) and aquatic Scutiger (Aelurophtyne).
