摘要
目的建立用HPLC测定仙桂胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Kromasil C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(8:92)(每1000mL加三乙胺1 mL);检测波长:210nm;流速:1.0mL·min^-1;柱温:室温。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.02~0.20μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程A=3854194.0410C-1882.0548,r=0.9996。平均回收率为97.44%(n=5),RSD为1.04%。结论本方法专属性强,结果可靠,重现性好,可有效控制仙桂胶囊的质量。
Objective A HPLC method was established for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiangui capsules. Methods Kromasil C 18 column(4.6 mm× 200 mm,5 μm) was used and the mobile phase consisted of methonal-0.1% phosphoric(8:92 ). The detection wave length was at 210nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.02 - 0.20 μg, A = 3 854 194. 041 0C - 1 882. 054 8, r = 0. 999 6. The average recovery was 97.44% and RSD was 1.04%. Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive , accurate, and could be used for the quality of Xiangui capluses.
