摘要
目的 :建立麻咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱含量测定的方法。方法 :HPLC法 ,色谱柱 :HypersilODS2 (5 μm ,4 .6mm× 2 0 0mm) ,流动相 :甲醇 - 0 .0 1mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 (磷酸调至pH 2 .5 ) (2 0∶80 ) ,检测波长 :2 10nm。结果 :盐酸麻黄碱在 4～12 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9999,n =5 ) ,平均回收率为 99.1% ,RSD :1.2 %。结论 :本方法简便 ,结果准确 ,重现性好 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制指标之一。
Objective: To establish a determining method for ephedrine hydrochloride in Make syrup.Method: Hypersil ODS 2 (5 μm, 4.6mm×200 mm),was used by HPLC. The mobile phase was methanol- 0.01 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH was adjusted to 2.5 using phosphoric acid) =20∶80, the detecting wavelength was at 210 nm.Result: The ephedrine hydrochloride had a good linear relationship between 4 and 12 μg(r= 0.999 9,n=5),the average recovery was 99.1%, RSD was 1.25%. Conclusion: This method is simple and the result is accurate, reliable with a good reproducibility. This method is one of the quality control of Make syrup.
