摘要
目的建立追风透骨丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法HPLC法,C18柱,甲醇-水(30∶70)为流动相,检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷在21.02～210.20μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为2.0%。结论该法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于追内透骨丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Zhuifeng Tougu pill. Methods: HPLC was used with C18 column,CH3OH-H2O(30 :70)as mobile phase and detection wavelength at 230nm. Results: Paeoniflorin showed a good linearity in the range of 21.02～210.20μg. The average recovery was 100.7%and RSD was 2.0%. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Zhuifeng Tougu pill.
