摘要
外涂石墨是彩色显像管制造工艺中的一道工序，目前普遍采用喷涂方式。本文提出了一种外涂石墨的先进工艺方式，即采用刷徐机器人。它可能成为外涂石墨设备研制和工艺改进的一种模式。
Outer graphite is one of CPT production processes,which adopts spraying commonly. An advanced process of outer graphite using brushing robot is introduced in this paper. It is possible that this process will become a model of new-building equipment and an improvement of outer graphite processes.
