摘要
模糊控制以其简单,不需要系统的精确的数学模型,鲁棒性好等诸多优点,成为最具吸引力的控制学分支。在某显象管生产线中,利用显象管移载小车对输送吊蓝进行跟踪,并完成移栽工作,但控制效果一直不理想,我们采用模糊控制来完成位置跟踪,取得了满意的效果。本文结合实际设计经验,介绍了其中模糊控制器的设计过程和方法。并给出了用MATLAB和SIMULINK得到的控制系统的仿真结果。
As a kind of advanced intelligent controlling method, Fuzzy control is widely used in industry,and we can easily get satisfying effects. Fuzzy controlled position tracing system is used in our cathode ray tube manufacturing line, and we got excellent results. in this paper, the fuzzy controller building process is discussed, and we offered the simulation results with SIMULINK.
