摘要
应用复杂性理论探索产业集群发展的动力。通过对产业集群管理熵的量化,提出通过对产业集群的熵流值、边际管理熵和边际负熵的计算来预测集群的发展和最佳决策时机。通过对集群系统与环境间反馈关系的分析探讨集群可持续发展的途径。
The paper applied complexity theory to exploring the development of industrial clusters. The future development of the clusters can be predicted and the appropriate time to make decision can be found by the calculation of entropy value, marginal management entropy and marginal negative entropy. Also by the analyzing of the feedback relationship between cluster system and environment, the paper probes the approach to obtain the sustainable development of the clusters.
