摘要
目的研究正常人角膜内单疱病毒(herpessimplexvirus,HSV)基因存留的可能性。方法用聚合酶链反应(polymerasechainreaction,PCR)技术对22例(22片)正常人角膜、6例(6片)胚胎角膜(阴性对照)及6例单疱病毒性角膜炎(herpessimplexkeratitis,HSK)急性期患者角膜(阳性对照)进行检测。结果22片正常角膜中20片存有HSVDNA,2片角膜HSVDNA阴性,6例胚胎角膜PCR为阴性,6例HSK急性期患者角膜为阳性。结论正常人角膜中有HSVDNA存留。
Objective To determine whether herpes simplex virus (HSV) is present in normal cornea. Methods HSV genome in 22 corneas from donors without the history of herpes simplex keratitis (HSK), 6 positive control corneas from patients with active herpetic keratitis and 6 negative control corneas from embryos was detected by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results HSV DNA was present in 20 of 22 normal corneas, and no viral genome was detected in any of the embryonic corneas. All the corneas from patients with active herpetic keratitis showed positive PCR results. Conclusions The results indicate that the HSV genome is present in some normal corneas, that is concordant with the seropositive rate of HSV in people.
